When you contact us, we'll ask you to describe the type and approximate quantity of hazardous material. We'll confirm whether it falls within our collection scope and advise on the correct approach. On the day, our trained operatives collect the waste using appropriate containers and protective equipment. All hazardous waste is transported to an authorised treatment, recovery, or disposal facility. You will receive a consignment note as your legal proof of compliant disposal.

What We Can and Cannot Collect

We can collect most household and commercial hazardous waste categories including WEEE, batteries, fluorescent tubes, chemical containers, paint, oils, and refrigerants. We do not collect clinical or medical waste, radioactive materials, or pressurised gas cylinders,these require highly specialised carriers.
