1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Grab & Go Removals website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services

Grab & Go Removals provides waste removal, house clearance, office clearance, garden waste removal, and hazardous waste disposal services across London. All services are carried out by our fully licensed and insured team in accordance with UK waste management regulations.

We are registered as a licensed waste carrier with the Environment Agency. Our licence number is CBDU618900.

3. Bookings & Quotes

3.1 All quotes provided via our website, phone, or email are free and non-binding until confirmed in writing by both parties.

3.2 A booking is confirmed once you have received written confirmation from Grab & Go Removals via email or SMS.

3.3 Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. If the volume, weight, or nature of the waste differs materially from what was described, we reserve the right to revise the quoted price before proceeding.

3.4 Same-day bookings are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 All prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of labour, transport, and standard disposal costs unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Additional charges may apply for:

• Items not disclosed at the time of quoting
• Hazardous or specialist waste requiring additional handling
• Parking fines or charges incurred where no parking provision was made by the customer
• Access difficulties not disclosed prior to the booking

4.3 Payment is due upon completion of the service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing in advance.

4.4 We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

5.1 Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled collection will incur no charge.

5.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled collection may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.

5.3 Same-day bookings that are cancelled after our team has been dispatched will be charged in full.

5.4 We reserve the right to reschedule a booking in the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, vehicle breakdown, or staff illness. We will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date at no additional cost.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 You are responsible for ensuring that all items to be cleared are accessible and ready for collection at the agreed time.

6.2 You must inform us of any hazardous materials, asbestos, or restricted items prior to booking. Failure to disclose such items may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

6.3 You are responsible for ensuring suitable parking or access arrangements for our vehicle(s) at the collection address. Any parking fines incurred as a result of inadequate parking provision will be passed on to the customer.

6.4 You confirm that you are the owner of the items to be cleared, or that you have the legal authority to arrange their disposal.

6.5 You must not present items for disposal that are prohibited under UK law or that require specialist disposal beyond our licensed scope.

7. Waste Restrictions

Grab & Go Removals operates in full compliance with the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011. Certain items cannot be collected or disposed of under our standard service. Please refer to our Waste Restriction Guidelines for a full list of restricted items.

Items that are found to contain prohibited materials that were not disclosed at the time of booking may be refused, and a call-out charge may still apply.

8. Liability

8.1 Grab & Go Removals carries full public liability insurance. Details of our insurance coverage are available upon request.

8.2 We will take reasonable care when accessing your property to carry out the agreed service. However, we cannot accept liability for:

• Pre-existing damage to property or items
• Damage caused by items that were not properly disclosed (e.g. fragile or valuable items within a general clearance)
• Loss or damage to items not included in the agreed scope of work

8.3 Our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the value of the service provided.

8.4 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the provision or failure to provide our services.

9. Eco-Responsibility & Disposal

9.1 Grab & Go Removals is committed to environmentally responsible waste disposal. Where possible, items will be recycled, donated, or repurposed rather than sent to landfill.

9.2 A Waste Transfer Note will be provided upon request, confirming the legal transfer of responsibility for the waste from the customer to Grab & Go Removals.

9.3 Illegal dumping or fly-tipping is strictly against our company values and UK law. All waste collected by Grab & Go Removals is disposed of through licensed and approved channels only.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Grab & Go Removals website, including text, images, graphics, and branding, is the property of Grab & Go Removals and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

11. Website Use

11.1 You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.

11.2 We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at any time without notice.
